Pizza Hut

okay so they were out of the pan pizza, which definitely affected the quality of their pizza overall. With that said, I haven't had pizza hut in a long time, and they sure have changed their ingredients from the last time I ate here. The pizza was overall edible and not worth calling to complain about, but it was dry, even the meats were dry which I find very odd. The pizza was delivered hot and seemed fresh enough all things considered. I'd give them another shot with a pan pizza though.

When you call you get sent to a call center instead of actual location. Then instead of the issue getting resolved you get oh let me transfer you. What the hell is the point of a call center then? Then we get to quality of food the crust on the calzone was overcooked, it was split open so the meat was all over the packaging. The food was Luke warm at best The app is useless, unless you want to only order and then it should assume your ordering through app to auto do delivery not carry out.

Miss Sally answered my phone call and was very patient with me while ordering my Pizza order. Very down to earth employee and professional beyond anyone I have come in contact with, During a delivery call. And it had been months. Good for her, promote ahead of peers. Or at least a raise. Corporate. She deserves this.

I ordered on ubereats and my order was canceled by the store to night 09/11/23 no one wanted to give me a refund my order was 74.88 I got a refund after I told them I was going to call my bank but it's ok I got domino's

The service was trash. I ordered online to pay and pick up in store. Upon walking in there was another customer in front of me waiting for his order. When I got to the counter the older lady working was very rude and nasty. She asked my name and rushed me to pay which was fine but the machine was not ready to accept my card. I asked her about the machine and why it was taking so long, she hit a button and it came up, I tapped my card and her response was “good job”. I grabbed my order and she said “hurry up I have pizzas coming out of the oven”. She was rude as hell for no reason and I will not be returning. I don’t need a snotty attitude because she was having a bad day I came to pay for pizza and leave not be spoken to like a child after I said not one word to her besides my name.
